Return Policy
Defective Products
If there is an issue with a product you purchased — for example a broken item or faulty parts — bring it back to the store of purchase within two weeks with your receipt, and we'll review it for return.
Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the same conditions as returns. Government regulations limit our flexibility on opened cannabis product.
Consumed or Opened Cannabis
For health and regulatory reasons, opened cannabis products generally cannot be returned. If you believe there is a quality issue with a product, please speak with our store manager or contact the Ontario Cannabis Store.
How to start a return
- Bring the product and your receipt to the store of purchase within 14 days.
- Ask to speak with a manager about a return or exchange.
- If approved, we'll process the refund to the original payment method.
