What kind of products are sold at Seven Point Cannabis?
We sell a range of products in compliance with government regulations including dried flower, pre-rolled joints, oil, capsules, concentrates and extracts, edibles, beverages, and topicals.
What accessories do you sell?
A variety: vaporizers, vape pens, bongs, water pipes, handheld pipes, papers and filters, grinders, tools and kits, cleaning supplies, storage, trays, dab rig torches, dab tools, hemp wicks, and infusers.
What is the price range for cannabis?
Prices range based on size, quality, and brand. We try to make sure we have something for every budget.

Can you recommend cannabis products for me?
We are happy to answer any questions and help you choose the right product for you. Come in, call, or message us.
Where are you located?
High Park: 2114 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S 1N1. King West: 85 Portland St, Toronto, ON M5V 2M9.
What are your hours of operation?
High Park is open Sun–Thu 9am–10pm and Fri–Sat 9am–11pm. King West is open Sat–Thu 9am–9pm and Fri 9am–10pm. Hours can vary on holidays — call ahead if in doubt.
Are your cannabis products grown in Canada?
The majority of the dried flower we carry is grown in Canada.
Where do the products come from?
All product is sourced through the Ontario Cannabis Store — the only legal distributor of cannabis in Ontario.
What is the maximum amount of cannabis I can buy?
You may purchase up to the equivalent of 30 grams of dried flower per transaction.
What is the legal age for consuming cannabis in Ontario?
You must be 19 or older to purchase or consume cannabis in Ontario.
What are the different strains of cannabis?
Simply put: Sativa is more cerebral, creative, and social. Indica ("in da couch") is body-heavy and relaxing. Hybrid is a combination of the two. CBD-dominant options are non-intoxicating.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard.
What is the return policy?
If there is an issue with the product — for example broken or faulty parts — and it is brought in within two weeks with a receipt, we can look into a return.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case under the same qualifications as returns.
What happens when I place an online order?
You place your order through our website. Within about 30 seconds it reaches us, we accept it, and we pack it up right away for pickup.
I have a complaint about product quality — who can I contact?
Come visit in person and ask for the store manager, or contact the Ontario Cannabis Store directly.
Is your store accessible?
Absolutely — we strive to be a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Can I consume cannabis in public?
Yes, but you must be respectful of your surroundings and follow Ontario regulations.
Where can I consume cannabis?
In private residences, most outdoor public spaces (with restrictions), designated hotel rooms, and certain other facilities. Always check local rules.
How long do I have to pick up my online order?
You pick a time slot when ordering. If you need more time, leave a note in the order instructions and we will accommodate where possible.
